What are the facial differences between a japanese, asian, chinese, etc person?

Japanese have more refined features.. like porcelain dolls. Koreans.. kinda like Japanese, but a little darker skin tone, not quite as refined. Chinese have wide faces with darker ';yellow'; skin tone. Chinese tend to run the gamut from kinda fugly to drop dead gorgeous. Vietnamese are rather pie-faced, and not so attractive. Thai look a little like a mix between Chinese and Indian. Malaysians are a little mroe polynesian the Kapanese but also have beautiful refined features. Phillipinos are shorter, darker, and are usually a little below average in looks. Did I miss any? Polynesians are generally quite attractive.. Mongolians are just plain butt-ugly.What are the facial differences between a japanese, asian, chinese, etc person?

I'm assuming this person isn't trying to put people down just ask a scientific question. In that case there ARE differences and any Asian person you ask can tell a difference between say a Vietnamese person, Chinese or Japanese and YES if you study bone structure etc... you can see an obvious difference. Some Asians will say it's a wider nose on a Chinese person or whatever but it's kinda hard to explain. You would have to study it yourself to get what I'm saying.
i was wondering that myself so that way when you see someone of Asian decent you know what to call them because they do get mad when you call a Japanese person Chinese.
let me ask you, what are the facial differences between a Canadian, American, English, etc.?
we all are the same people, but are just born in different country's. we all come in different shades and stuff. how you can tell us apart is by are names.
Korean have the best looking in the world. chinese is quiet ugly. japanese has bad crooked ugliest teeth.
