it depends on your skin type. For my skin i use some oatmeal lemon juice, and honey with a little bit of ground up walnut shells! I get then ground very fine, it takes care of my combination skin. Get some chamomile tea bags over your eyes to get them relaxed. u can look up some in different books on different types of skin! I'm not sure but you can go to a beauty artist and ask around! How does one do a ';home facial';?
First, exfoliate with a gentle face polisher. Second, crack an egg in a cup, but separate the yolk from the egg white. The yolk is what you want. Beat the yolk until it's thinned out. Apply the yolk to your clean face and allow it to dry. The yolk tightens your skin and reduces the look of red, splotchy areas.
My mom use to do this when she was younger, and I have been doing it for about 15 years. I'm 28 now, and my face hasn't changed much since then.
If you have dry skin, I recommend a light, unscented moisturizer. If you have problematic skin, don't moisturize every day so as not to clog your pores.
