1) Cleanse the skin using a product appropriate to your skin type. If you had make-up on before beginning or face is especially dirty, cleanse twice. Use toner after each cleanse.
2) Exfoliate using a gentle product. Something containing synthetic micro-beads as opposed to crushed shells.
3) Steam. You can get a cheap steamer at K-Mart or boil a pot of water.
4)If you need extractions to remove blackheads (this is the tricky part) get an extraction tool from Sally's beauty supply. This is a small wire loop on a handle. Press the loop against the skin with the blackhead in the center. As you slowly press down, the bacteria will rise out.
5)If you are using any corrective tx, like glycolic acid or microdermabrasion, that comes next.

Home Made Facials
Following are a few homemade facials that will help make your skin beautiful and vibrant.
Citrus and grapefruit mask for oily skin type:
Ingredients:
陆 grapefruit
陆 lemon's juice
陆 cored apple
1-2 egg whites
30-40 seedless grapes
Mix ingredients together in a blender. Apply on your face and leave for fifteen minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
Grapefruit unclogs pores and lemon is an excellent astringent and clarifier, while egg whites tighten the skin. Expect a tingle with this mask-that means its working but if your skin is dry it could start to burn. If this occurs, wash it off immediately.
Fruit Masque for dehydrated skin:
Ingredients:
1 cup of mixed mashed fruit (try melon, peaches, strawberries, and bananas)
2-3 Tbsp. Double cream
3 tsp. cottage cheese
1 tsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. oatmeal powder

HELLO! First set up everything you will need. Clean towels and wash cloth, baking soda, mask, toner, moisterizer. Start by making one of your towels wet and then put it in the microwave for 30 sec. Take the hot towel and carefully place it over your face leaving a space for you to breathe. Let it there for a minute. Then take it off and use a clarifying cleanser, like Equate from walmart or what ever brand you prefer spread it around your face and then use the washcloth to scrub this off. Then , use the baking soda as a paste with just a touch of water added , scrub with this in circles around your face. Rinse. Now it is time to apply your mask. Masks can be made with several different foods or you can buy one from the store that you like. Aztec clay masks are good. From the health food store. The foods that can be used are : Oatmeal, eggs, oranges, depending one the nutrient in the food that you wish to apply to your face and your face's condition and what it needs. Leave your mask on until it dries. Now heat up another wet towel and put it on your face , just like the first one -this will loosen the mask. Remove with wet washcloth. Now , once your face is clean-it is time for the toner. Toner is anything that will balance the ph of your skin. Rose water from the health food store is what I like to use. But you can buy whatever brand you like. Apply toner. Then , it is time for the moisterizer. At home, if I don't have my favorite store bought kind, in a pinch I will use Olive Oil. Just a small amount. Its also great to combine Castor Oil with it too. You will only need a small amount of those, it will go far. Now, my fav store bought is called Aura Glow, maybe hard to find. I get it from my local health food store. Home Health makes the product. Its wonderful. So apply the moisterizer and you are done. Glowing and beautiful. Good to do once a week. Enjoy!
Well there is a few way but the best is with a good Friend and a mirror.
