How do you treat a zits at home without going out and buying facial products?

I have this big zit on my chin. I normally have tiny zits that i dont care for. But this caught my attention. It just pops out of no where at the worst times. I need a great at-home remedy to help this football-zitHow do you treat a zits at home without going out and buying facial products?
usually if you have a big break out, it can be from stress, foods that dont agree with you, excess dirt that has not been removed properly form the face. It would be a good idea to make sure when you wash your face at night, that you remember to wash carefully and dont rush. Use warm to cold water, as if you wash your face with hot water, it will only aggravate your skin even more causing breakouts. A good remedy is to get a bucket, fill with hot water from the kettle, and put you face just above the rim of the bucket, with a towel above your head, and steam your face. Its sort of the same process they use at salons, with a steam facial, to open blocked pores.

Baking soda or crushed aspirin does the trick.
drinks lots of water and eat healthy or try putting toothpaste on the zit and leave it on over night.
this site has alot of good cures, product reviews and even home made acne solutions. they helped me and i have oily skin, large pores plus acne prone skin.:/

you may want to try something natural since it's less harssh yet effective.
I use baking soda with a little water to scrub my face once a week. Baking soda exfoliates your skin and prevents acne and scars. It just feels naturally clean when you wash it.
