I'm part Japanese and find that Chinese have more bulb noses instead of protruding ones. My mother is Japanese but for some reason has a very large nose that protrudes on the side. But as for the facial shape and eyes I cannot tell. Since there are more Chinese wherever you go and Chinese mixes I feel left out. Seems like the Japanese nationality is dying. I feel strong and proud of my ancestry:) So do you know any other differences. Thankyou:)Can you tell the defference between the Japanese and Chinese facial features???
yea i can.
japanese people have...more slanted eyes and bigger ones than the chinese, and they have more western-style noses, that are straighter and less...umm rose-apple ish.
yeah there are chinese people everywhere, i am part thai part chinese but i'm more proud as a Thai, no offence to chinese people.
and chinese people are..more yellowish than japanese people, the japanese tend to be more white than yellow. yeah. Can you tell the defference between the Japanese and Chinese facial features???
i can tell most of the time. asian cheeck bones , eyes, and even teeth/gum are differents i think. or may be because im one too.
no...but i can tell if someone is korean
Hey, I'd like to suggest something to you: just forget about telling the differences! I know that Asian Americans in particular like to try to tell each other apart just be looking at the faces. And there are certain ';general'; characteristics that can be determined; but East Asians are so intermixed that a Japanese person could look very Korean, and a Chinese person could look very Japanese.
In addition, telling each other apart by facial features encourages stereotyping of Asian Americans. Did you know that, during WWII, the U.S. government sent out flyers that were entitled something like, ';How to Tell the Difference Between Friends and Foes';? The friends were the Chinese and the foes were the Japanese. It was incredibly offensive to Asians.
Treasure your features, but focus on what matters more - your culture and upbringing. These are the things that you'll pass on and which make you the person you are.
they dont grow facial hair
I can't but my Mum can.
